BridgeSource SA manages procurement and logistics for B2B clients across South Africa and internationally.

  • Local delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • International sourced orders: 4–8 weeks depending on origin, freight, and customs clearance
  • All shipments include tracking and clients receive milestone updates throughout the process
  • Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs are for the buyer's account unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • International Shipping & Customs Duties

    BridgeSource SA ships all orders from international supplier warehouses. While we strive to select shipping methods that minimise customs exposure, we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery on all orders.

    Under South African law, imported goods valued above R500 may attract:

    • Import VAT at 15%
    • Customs duties (where applicable)
    • Courier clearance/handling fees

    These charges are determined by SARS and are not included in your order total at checkout. BridgeSource SA is not liable for any customs fees incurred upon delivery.
