1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the BridgeSource SA website and the purchase of products from our store. BridgeSource SA reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
2. Country of Domicile
BridgeSource Global (Pty) Ltd trading as BridgeSource SA is domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
BridgeSource Global (Pty) Ltd is not currently registered for VAT and therefore does not charge VAT on its sales. The displayed product price is the selling price, excluding only delivery or other charges clearly disclosed before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout and processed securely. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@bridgesourcesa.com. Once dispatched, our Returns Policy applies.

8. Specially Sourced or Direct-Import Orders
Normal products sold and delivered by BridgeSource SA are not described as attracting separate import VAT or customs charges.
Where a specially sourced order may attract customs duties, import taxes or other import-related charges, these will be explained and disclosed to the customer before the order is confirmed and payment is accepted.
9. Consumer Protection
These terms are subject to applicable South African consumer-protection law. Customers retain any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
BridgeSource SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
